To be brutally honest,
On the left side I was 160lbs, ashamed of my weakness and determined to become strong...
[Talk more about the journey - ever since i was small i was weak, i couldn't put on muscle, i subscribed to all the magazines, i did X Y Z, and no matter what i did, nothing worked
Talk more about their journey & the sturggles they're dealing with, so they feel heard. If they feel heard, they feel understood.
]
And no matter what I tried, I couldn't get results.
I was weak, I was ashamed, and I didn't know what to do.
The reason I couldn't get results is because I followed the traditional fitness advice that tells you it will take YEARS before you can see muscle gains.
I... Didn't see myself train 3-5 years to maybe get results.
I was (and still am) busy.
I had a business to run, a girlfriend, places to travel to.
New opportunities knocking on my door every single day.
I just didn't have the luxury of training 3-5 years to MAYBE get results...
Couple of months before the picture on the left, I finished my career as a fencer (🤺), and made it all the way to the Olympic Qualification final.
Shortly after, I stopped my fencing career, after 19 years of practice and ranking in the top 100 worldwide.
I then focused exclusively on running my business, which I was growing in parallel to my athletic career.
My business was doing great, and I was living around the world.
But my body was weak.
Despite optimising my body 19 years for fencing, the "ideal body" of an athlete was far from the body of the man i wanted to become.
Not only was I weak, i just looked like a different man. Honestly - a child even.
I was NOT going to start training until I was 100% certain I would see results... And FAST.
Not in 3 to 5 years.
You see there was something about the common belief of needing to train for years, to get the body I wanted, which sounded off.
You see, as a professional athlete, we have the pre-season, and the season.
During the pre-season, you can go ham on training.
During the season, you don't go as hard, so you can actually PERFORM whenever is required.
Yet, the traditional fitness advice tells you train for 3-5 years, 5 times a week, and maybe you'll get results...
There are multiple issues with that:
1) The more trainings you have, the harder it is for busy individuals (us) to comply with it long term. You start by missing one training. Eventually you miss two. After some time you fall off.
2) While traveling, it is very challenging to run a business, train 5 times a week, AND have a life. Problem with that : "If i'm not going to do the 5 trainings, i'm not going to get results... So I may as well not train."
3) Most of the fitness influencers are actively using the magic sauce to get results - Their opinion is biased... And frankly make their money from you buying their supplements for as long as possible...
4) Lastly - Most people in the fitness space are broke. Their life revolves around the gym. That's all they have to do. We have teams to manage. Travels. Challenges. At times gym will need to take a step back in our lives.
For all these reasons, the traditional approach just didn't sit right with me.
My requirements were :
1) Stay natural, in case I decide to go back in fencing professionally
2) Not train 5-6 times a week for 3 years (Otherwise I could just prepare the next Olympics)
I then broke down from first principles thinking:
"Is it possible to reach the body I want in 12 weeks ?"
None of us is actually looking to reach 100% of your physical capability.
I was looking to go from maybe 40% to 80% as fast as possible.
The thing with reaching excellence in any domain though, is that, the more competent you become, the harder it is to make additional progress.
Gaining 1% is way easier when you're at 40%, than at 80% because you just have more room to grow.
You need to make exponentially more effort & time to reach 99% of your physique, VS let's say ... 80%
Therefore reaching a baseline of physique would proove to be way easier than I first thought I would be.
But then, once I gain the muscle... What?
Do I keep on training for years, for small or no additional gains ?
One of the best kept secret to most people, is that it's EASIER to keep gains than make them.
Proof ? I can take you in fencing anytime and I'll destroy you. Despite not training for years. No chance for you to win. Ahah
More seriously, if you look at business, it's harder to get to 1mil a month, than staying there.
You just need to expand less energy to stay there than to get there.
The same way, what makes space exploration complicated is escaping gravity.
Once you get in outer space, energy expenditures drop drastically.
How things work in one domain, often work in similar ways in other domains...
So in theory: If I was able to make gains FAST, I would then be able to expand less energy to keep them...
I was finally seeing the possibility of having both the body I want, the lifestyle I want, all while running my business ventures.
And so after months of research, I finally figured it out...
The process that any weak man can use to gain tons of muscles, in a very short amount of time, without needing to build their life around training.
The way of training once, make crazy gains, so that I can be not only a high performing entrepreneur, but be able to travel & run my business while also keeping my body.
And that's exactly what I'm about to share with you.

THIS IS GOING TO BE HARD.
This is NOT FOR YOU IF :
You're a little b*tch: Keep your lil' b*tch energy to yourself. If you don't think you can change, or make a 12 weeks commitment you will thank yourself for life... You honestly deserve to be where you are.
You "know how to train": "You can't do the same things you've always done and expect a different outcome" - If you have been training on & off for years, and frankly speaking, have NO results, Be humble and leave your "knowledge" to the side.
You can't follow a proven plan: Number 1 reason why people can't win in life, is they can't even do the basic actions which will guarantee them success. Don't let that be you.
You like complaining: The little b*tch mindset and complaining about details is not for here. Becoming your very best require complete ownership.
This is FOR YOU IF :
High Performer: You're not satisfied with anything else than the goals you set for yourself, and routinely crush them.
Time > Money: You don't have the leisure of training 3-5 years to maybe get the results that you want.
Complete Ownership: You understand that this is YOUR LIFE you are responsible for and no matter what happens to you, there's always thoughts and actions you can CONTROL.
Follow a Proven Plan: You want to follow the guidance of someone that has done the same thing before you, rather than improvising.
Have 2 hours of time per day for the first 6 weeks of gains, and 2 hours per week to maintain it afterwards
Be ready and able to invest in having your dream body
Be coachable
Be 100 % committed to getting results!
Have a BMI below 23 or 24
